This study investigates the connection between employee work attitudes and leadership competencies. It focuses on how employees' psychological commitment and job satisfaction are affected by core leadership characteristics, such as communication, ethics, decision-making, and emotional intelligence. Leadership abilities have a considerable impact on psychological commitment, but they do not directly increase the influence of job satisfaction on job performance, according to the results of a structured questionnaire with 328 respondents that was analyzed using Smart PLS 4.
